We shortlist areas of specialization and shortlist service providers with varying capabilities Even in same category we identify SPs with strength in specific areas. Some may be better in integration vs upgrade vs new development.

Lastly we setup meetings with prospective partner’s leadership team and understand more. We get our Solution Architects to further understand IT strength, We then rate/categorize our IT partners based on their strength and investment in future.

Once shortlisted for partnership we sign MSA and non-complete agreement with offshore partners.

No, UPTEQS does not provide active lead generation in any of the packages but

  1. UPTEQS does the digital marketing of the platform on various channels and we generate inflow.

2.  We do prepare detailed report of your capablities and keep it ready for prospects to view. This will be the form of web page as well as downloadable report.

3. We also attend domain specific or problem area specific networking events and highlight our platform and clients

In Model 1 – When UPTEQS generate the project lead and get project, UPTEQS will front end the contract. UPTEQS will sign back end contract with offshore service provider. Ownership will remain with UPTEQS.

In Model -2, Offshore SP gets the lead and UPTEQS provide support during pre-sale process. We do not take ownership of the project delivery BUT based on the client’s needs, client can choose to engage UPTEQS architects for quality review and or support. Clients will pay for such services. 

As part of the commitment to support you onsite, UPTEQS Solution architects/Business Development team provide pre-sale support for you. They represent you in meetings with your prospects/clients. If required and feasible they will do prospects/clients visits. They also will work with your team on pitch preparation as required. Additional Architect sessions can be bought at $50 per sessions on top of what you get with your package you selected.

Based on the package you select, UPTEQS will represent you in various events related to your offerings. UPTEQS solution architects attend many events per month and market our services along with partners services. We provide you leads which you can do followup with. We can also represent you exclusively if you choose to do that. Contact us to know more about options and cost for such services. 

Vetting process with video interviews gives more authenticity to our vetting process. We make the vetting videos (Interviews with your leaders and key technical team members) available. 

Vetting process with video depends on your team’s availability and willingness to provide video interviews.
