In Model 1 – When UPTEQS generate the project lead and get project, UPTEQS will front end the contract. UPTEQS will sign back end contract with offshore service provider. Ownership will remain with UPTEQS.
In Model -2, Offshore SP gets the lead and UPTEQS provide support during pre-sale process. We do not take ownership of the project delivery BUT based on the client’s needs, client can choose to engage UPTEQS architects for quality review and or support. Clients will pay for such services.
As part of the commitment to support you onsite, UPTEQS Solution architects/Business Development team provide pre-sale support for you. They represent you in meetings with your prospects/clients. If required and feasible they will do prospects/clients visits. They also will work with your team on pitch preparation as required. Additional Architect sessions can be bought at $50 per sessions on top of what you get with your package you selected.
Based on the package you select, UPTEQS will represent you in various events related to your offerings. UPTEQS solution architects attend many events per month and market our services along with partners services. We provide you leads which you can do followup with. We can also represent you exclusively if you choose to do that. Contact us to know more about options and cost for such services.
